This Moore/Goodyear is by far the best tire-service shop in town!! Customer service is Second to None. Mechanics went above and beyond to fix my tires, show me what was wrong, and I received a discount without spending an arm and a leg. I would recommend to anyone!. Just mention military Nate and prepare for a good laugh.
I have been bringing my vehicle here for several years to get tires. Not sure what happened to the old management, but now I have nothing but problems trying to get my vehicle serviced. It's like they dumbed down the entire staff in order to save a buck? Not sure but the entire staff seem to be a bunch of untrained idiots. I will no longer be bringing my vehicle, or any vehicle from our fleet of trucks, back here EVER!!! This is the price you pay for employing ignorant staff!! I do not recommend this company!!! -1 stars!!
In addition to taking a whole week to get parts in for a wheel hub assembly, they did not fix the correct wheel bearings. They acted like everything was good to go, but immediately upon driving, I could still hear and feel that the bearings were bad. I took it to Auto Tek in Leesville, and had a much better and more quality experience. Do NOT go to these guys if you need anything more than an oil change.
I bought 4 new tires from this place all with a road hazard warranty. Within 4 months they all had yo be replaced and not one had more than 5000 miles. The warranty they had I had to pay 15 per tire and when.they replaced one it cost me 129.72 and that was a total savings of 11.22. I will never do business with them again.
I had a pleasant experience while visiting them, as their repair was accurate and timely.
