Great service and communication with what was wrong. Got it fixed as soon as possible even though we weren’t on their schedule as we had issues during a road trip passing through their town.
Employee, Google and website say they are open until 6pm. Came back to get our car at 5:25pm and they were closed. We drove 30 min each way to get to Moore's. They left our car unlocked outside. We had to come back the next day. No compensation. We were concerned when Burt Brothers took over. This experience confirmed that. We will rethink our next visit.
We were on our way home to Eagle Mountain from Bear Lake and had a flat tire about 15 miles from Coalville. The spare tire is original to the 2002 truck, I put on the spare and drove to Moore Tire Shop, They were great, they took my tire immediately, unfortunately the tire had a large piece of metal in it so it couldn’t be repaired. The mechanic did come out and checked my spare and put the proper air pressure in it, after looking at the spare tire he believed it would be okay for the rest of our trip. Had a flat tire on my RV and this business was recommended to me by AAA. Quick and great service. They got me back on the road the next day. Great service great price I had them put 6 new tires on and I heartily recommend them for all your tire needs.
