I took my van to them because it would not start. They said it's the crank sensor, then afterwards it still won't crank the ignition not getting a ground we need to replace the computer. Now a month later it still don't start and it's the balancer. After 3 phone calls and waiting on the owner to call me I get another call saying they moved the balancer forward and it cranked! Wow so it did not need a crank sensor and it did not need a computer but now it needs a balancer because it looks like it was hit with a hammer. They w... read more

They were able to diagnose the problem and get the car fixed at a reasonable price. They communicated with me regularly and kept me informed on the process. Great job chasing electrical gremlins!
