We have been customers here for years, so I was very reluctant to write a bad review. Unfortunately, the owner's lack of concern for the quality of work or of the parts being used has left me no other recourse, short of small claims court. We had my 2014 GMC Acadia in there for what turned out to be a lot of work, but what started out as replacing the water pump. I went in because it had begun overheating. Okay, great. I took my van to them because it would not start. They said it's the crank sensor, then afterwards it still won't crank the ignition not getting a ground we need to replace the computer. Now a month later it still don't start and it's the balancer. After 3 phone calls and waiting on the owner to call me I get another call saying they moved the balancer forward and it cranked! Wow so it did not need a crank sensor and it did not need a computer but now it needs a balancer because it looks like it was hit with a hammer. They w... read more
