I've used Moore's services for years. The staff is extraordinarily helpful and kind... The only glitch was the amount of time the shop kept my truck (7 days) as it was their busiest time of year. Well worth the wait, my truck rides like new. I had cam sensor replaced, sway bar replaced, transmission drain and fill, oil change and leaky gaskets replaced. Fantastic people!!! We have been customers here for years, so I was very reluctant to write a bad review. Unfortunately, the owner's lack of concern for the quality of work or of the parts being used has left me no other recourse, short of small claims court. We had my 2014 GMC Acadia in there for what turned out to be a lot of work, but what started out as replacing the water pump. I went in because it had begun overheating. Okay, great.
