Horrible customer service. We were lied to, deceived and taken advantage of in a very vulnerable situation by the salesman at the Arcata branch. We bought a bed and the highest quality mattress cover available. We were specifically told by buying this mattress cover, around $200, that it acts as an insurance policy that if anything stains the bed we would be protected for a replacement.
