We had a flood and our Danish teak furniture was seriously damaged. Aaron Moore was knowledgeable, professional and did an incredible job repairing the damage. In fact he improved the pieces by using solid teak for the bases of the damaged pieces. We have had him work on several other pieces since then and he always does an amazing job. So glad we found him and now he is our go to.
For many years now, our family has trusted and has never been disssppointed with the quality of craftsmanship, knowledge and attention to detail that Aaron Moore and his excellent team has given to each of the many projects we have entrusted to them. Whether it’s restoring a treasured antique or vintage piece, final touches to custom-made doors and cabinets or refinishing a well used favorite piece of quality furniture, we have been nothing but absolutely pleased with their craftsmanship.
It took me several months to find a furniture refinisher that I felt I could trust with a vintage dining room Danish teak table in addition to a maple butcher block kitchen table purchased in 1979. Aaron restored the tables to their original beauty. He is an artisan who loves his trade, is extremely knowledgeable, and very conscientious. You can have full confidence in his work.
I was tasked with repairing a 60+ year fraternity plaque that had seen a lot of hard wear. The metal parts and engraved plates polished with brasso over the years had damaged the plates. Moore's Refinishing was recommended by the best art framer in Orange County. in just 3 days Aaron's people took a beat up chemically damaged wood plaque with one broken corner and turned it into a beautiful piece of wood. I am very pleased !
Aaron Moore and Moore’s refinishing did an exemplary job restoring the original George Nelson CSS Shelving unit that I had inherited from my parents.
