Clear communication during a lengthy process with multiple insurance companies and an excellent repair.
Lack of attention to details: big items seem ok, but sloppy to concerning on the details: 1. Spare tire lock loose and could have fallen 2. Tail gate not flush. I had to make adjustments myself 3. Wheel fender flare dented during removal or when reassembled 4. Truck bed slightly wider at the center, about 1/2 inch resulting in tonneau cover not staying closed. 5. Warranty appointment time not respected. I had to reschedule.
