They did not repair the windshield
Great auto body shop. Job well done as well as a 5 stars rating!
Entire door and quarter panel replacement, paint to match. This major work was completed satisfactorily. There were 4 minor items that were incomplete when we were called "ready for pick up", a damaged element from the repair work, and a door that now rattles when we close it. Also grease, dried mud and what appeared to be salt stains on the inside of the door. The incomplete items, damage, rattle and interior cleaning should have been caught at a final QA.
Never a good experience to have to deal with bodywork on my car, but these guys make it painless and do great work, friendly people. Knowledgeable and things get done on time.
I’ve had the unpleasant experience of being hit a few times and my wife’s car was broken into once. Every time I go directly to Gerber. The North Seattle Gerber Team made it as painless as possible when dealing with something that no one wants to have happen. I’ve never had an issue here as they communicate constantly and always return our cars like new. Thank you for all your help!
