I bought a used high-end sewing machine thru the Moore's Outlet Center eBay page. Aside from getting a great deal, the machine shipped free (it's *heavy*) and was spotless...it looked brand new. Plugged it in and it sewed flawlessly. I pressed the automatic thread cutter button, which trims the top and bottom threads and raises the presser foot (told you it was high-end!). Took my commercial White sewing machine in because I literally wore the pedal foot off it's welded base. Had taken it to another store and they tried to convince me to trade in my machine for a newer model. Mine is 30 years old but sews perfectly and is frankly sentimental to me. I don't need all the bells and whistles. I need a reliable, consistent machine which I already owned. My Vacuum was not working and took it in with some idea what was wrong with it and they had it working in no time. Josh was especially helpful. He is quite knowledgeable when it comes to vacuums and shampooers. He gave me lots of good advice on care and maintenance of my machines. They were friendly and courteous. I emailed questions before I even took the vacuum in the store and received prompt responses to my emails. When I walked in he was helping another customer and fixed her vacuum right on the spot in 10 minutes and she walked out a happy customer. I had a sewing machine that kept breaking the thread. He made sure I was threading it right, told me I was using the wrong bobbin and explained what is the right bobbin. My needle was bent and he replaced that. My tension was wrong so he changed that and then my sewing machine worked perfectly. I would recommend this place, it was great.

For my wife's birthday couldn't find a Jazz II within 250 miles of my house in New Mexico (everyone's sold out from sewing Covid 19 masks). Stores said they wouldn't get more for 5 or 6 weeks. So, looked online and first 4 places were sold out. Happened upon Moore's site and found that not only was it $300 less in price, but free shipping!
