Aside from being experts, incredibly patient and helpful, they are so nice! When you put all that together, there aren’t enough stars to recommend them.
Always helpful, wont try to sell you something you dont need. They can copy keys that the box stores cant or wont and can fix broken locks. Theyre only open on Mon, Weds and Fridays though, but theyre worth it.
I called 5 lock and key companies. Moore Lock and Key was the only ones who had a tech on-site. Jackson came out within 30 minutes and completed the job in 60 secs (no exaggeration). Thank Moore Key and Lock for have a ready technician like Jackson, who was very efficient.
Prices are reasonable and the work is always good and guaranteed. Mom and Pop operation so sometimes you have to be patient and willing to wait, they are always very busy.
Needed a unique key copied that Home Depot couldn’t do. The family here was able to cut it in a couple minutes and was very friendly. Cool little shop, will be coming back.
