Shelly took care of my request quickly and accurately. She is a pleasure to work with.
Super communicative...
Can't get anyone to answer the phone or call me back for over a week. I Have left messages for Shelly, Lois, Dennis, Bill and the main voicemail system. We also used the online chat feature requesting a call back and still nothing. I will change the review if someone calls me but this is my last resort. It has been over 1 week and I have called no less than 20 times.
Love the consistently quick email replies! Good insurance rates help as well ;)
