I’m horrible about punctuality - so when I was months late picking up my cleaned dress, they surprise hand-delivered it to my parents’ business rather than getting rid of the unclaimed item [as I had expected]. Thanks, Moore’s!
They've always done a great job for me ... and, right on time!
I will never walk in their door again. I took a small area rug in to be cleaned on Jan 20, 2017 and was told that it would be sent out for cleaning so it would take a little longer than usual. I called back about a month later and asked what the status was. They said it could take 6-8 weeks to come back and they would call me when it was done.
