We got our BEAUTIFUL hardwood floors installed today !! First off let me say I looked all over the C.S.R.A. for my original 10 year old floors . I was told time and time and again ... oh well don't carry those floors or they don't make those floors anymore , OH !! BUT LET ME SHOW YOU WHAT I HAVE !! LOL !! Nope !! Used them in the past so went to look at carpet for our new home. They insisted that the measurements we got from the hardwood installer were horrible and wrong, though they'd never seen the home yet and I hadn't given them any detail in the 2 minutes I'd been there (???). I told them we trusted the hardwood installer and his ability to measure and he said we'd have to go elsewhere if we couldn't get them in to measure. $5000 sale walked out the door .... Rude and not solution oriented in the least.
