We struck a deer in November and effectively totaled our 2011 Impala. Through State Farm, we were told to take it to Caliber Collision in Lynchburg, and that we would have to total it as the damage could not be repaired. I tried 3 other collision shops to see if i could get it patched up, seeing as the used car market wasnt exactly in the favor of finding a car for what insurance offered. I can't remember the last time a business owner was so nice to me. He looked at my mom's vehicle and explained what he could do to fix it. He didn't rush me away. When I returned, they were just really kind. My mom's bumper had been hanging loose for 2 years. They made the experience painless and affordable. Thank you!
Had blurry headlights, did a great job
Everyone was extremely nice from start to finish! Great customer service! My car was heavily damaged by a deer and they finished my car in a week. It look like my car was never even damaged! Great people!
