This review is purely based on the truly rude and awful woman that was giving the rides. The gentleman that had the other carriage from this company understood and apologized for her disgraceful behavior. My children were so excited when they saw the "princess" carriage. They got in and my wife took a picture. Before I could even ask the woman for the ride, she started screaming and swearing at my wife, calling her a thief!
