I called four times from February 3rd to April 18th and never once got a call back. Finally on May 16th I called and was told they are in high season and too busy to do my small project!
Amazing to work with. Thoroughly answered questions and addressed any concerns. Very minimal disturbance to the yard, can barely tell that they were there and that they replaced the line.
Absolute best! I've seen it first hand several times. Not only in the best work provided but also the communication and very personable.
Our sewer line collapsed on a Saturday morning, called homeserve (sewer line insurance company) which was recommended on our Rapid City water bill, immediately that morning. Homeserve touted fast service from a reputable plumber, which actually required 5 phone calls and 36 hours to get a tech out (AAA plumbing.) After scoping and trying to clear the blockage the tech could not get the issue resolved. Their bid is still non-existent for the emergency repair of our line.
