The first time I brought my car here last year, I had been told by a major dealership, that I needed four new tyres to pass the registration check. Paul checked the tyres, and told me that the tyres still had plenty of tread! He could have sold me four new tyres, but he was honest and told me I didn’t need them. I took my car in again last week & Paul and his team checked the car over before a trip away. Great friendly service, and the job was done quickly & efficiently!
$2300 Bill, Still Undriveable – Overcharged and Gaslit I had my car towed to this mechanic because it had become completely undriveable — it was jolting badly, and I couldn’t even get it to go into drive gear. I called ahead and spoke directly with Paul, clearly explaining that the car was unsafe to drive, and that I wanted it to be properly fixed so it would be safe and drivable again. This is my second 5-star review for Paul and his team. Recently moved back into the area last year, so I resumed my regular car services with them. Booked in for a major service today, dropped off at 8am and was ready for pick-up by 12:30pm. Additionally, our boot had suddenly stopped opening and closing and was completely non-responsive.
