very friendly, phone communication was good , meeting to do application little harder, application process otherwise was easy good price.. recommend scheduling in advance
Will never do storage with them again. If you have anything in the unit, it will get ruined. Office lady is disrespectful and rude. Would not even take a payment when she tells everyone to call after 6 to pay.
A 3 1/2 actually. The price is good but Everytime I've been there either the popo are harassing me( when I was on front row) or now that I got a bigger one there is always this lady asking if I rent there. The last 2 time she has asked me.
Rented for only 3 months and it was broken into and no one notified us. We drove up from out of town to a different lock and all our valuables gone. We’ve still not heard from the owner. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!
