Will never do storage with them again. If you have anything in the unit, it will get ruined. Office lady is disrespectful and rude. Would not even take a payment when she tells everyone to call after 6 to pay.

A 3 1/2 actually. The price is good but Everytime I've been there either the popo are harassing me( when I was on front row) or now that I got a bigger one there is always this lady asking if I rent there. The last 2 time she has asked me.

Rented for only 3 months and it was broken into and no one notified us. We drove up from out of town to a different lock and all our valuables gone. We’ve still not heard from the owner. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!

I literally got all my stuff stolen. They claim to have good working cameras but they are only in the front. Someone broke the lock on my storage unit and stole all my things. And then the owner replaced the lock without notifying me a break in had happened. Very Upset. This was my first time ever renting a storage unit and I will never trust one ever again.
