V and Chris were very helpful with assisting me in picking glasses and running me through my eye test and than further helping me to fix my other glasses with short notice
We visited Eyecare Network in Moorebank today for our regular eye check and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Hanh was incredibly professional, patient and thorough during the check-up, we felt very well cared for and everything was clearly explained. Can’t recommend the Eyecare Network enough! My whole family goes here and have had nothing but great experiences. The team is warm, professional, and genuinely caring. I have a very high prescription and need quite a few add-ons, Vi, Hanh and Chris are always incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain my options and make sure everything is right. It’s so nice to have a local optometrist you can trust + enjoy visiting. I’ll definitely continue coming back and recommending them to others!
