I had been to this business under the previous ownership who were fantastic. I was not disappointed with the new team. Excellent service and they follow up.
I highly recommend the team at Eyecare Network. After a lifetime of going to a big name provider, I felt hesitant to go with a smaller boutique provider. Eyecare Network have all the big name brands, they offer all the tests I need and they went over and above to accommodate my fussiness in getting the perfect frames. The best thing for me has been getting my prescription exactly as I need after a couple of years of it not feeling quite right. I’m glad I made the switch and I won’t be going back to the big name places.
Chris and Bradley were both friendly and attentive. They made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment and everything was explained clearly.
Easy to arrange for checkup and detailed assessment. Very helpful staff with choosing appropriate eyewear for the applications I need them for.
