I am very disappointed in the service received by Moorea. I have been with them for servicing for several years - good at first but servicing has become less and less dependable. I had filters cleaned several weeks ago, however, the popups cleaning system has not worked since that service call - I have requested Moorea to come and reset it is now been over 4 weeks and they have yet to come fix the problem they created.
