I feel a little bad leaving this review because everyone at the office was very nice but they totally failed to follow through for us and I think an honest negative review is warranted. Wife and I made an appointment to meet with William about a relatively simple will. We were primarily concerned with arrangements for our newborn if the worst were to happen. Ellen did our estate planning, she was thorough and did the work quickly. She's a great attorney, highly recommend her and Bill's services. Convenient location with easy access to parking, less than ten minutes from Lexington, they're worth the drive.
Ellen helped me with a case, she was very professional, easy to work with and explained things very thoroughly. I highly recommend her and the law firm.
William is a very nice guy and he knows the law. He follows through with what he says he will do!
