Great service! We are one year in and Vinnie and Dary serviced our installed equipment. The scheduling was a bit haphazard as the company is short of technicians, however they slipped us in and Vinnie and Dary arrived and took care of the services we required. Very friendly crew and highly knowledgeable about all aspects of the Rain Soft filters and water testing.
Rodney T. was an extremely kind, respectful, young man and did and outstanding job and answered all my questions.

Christian and Dylan were AMAZING! They took the time to educate us about our system. We have had our system for 5 years and have never felt this level of education. They not only educated us about our water’s hardness but also about the PH level and how a reverse osmosis system would be able to give us the alkalinity that we desire. We were approached at Home Depot to have a free water analysis of our house water and the bottled water we were also using. We said yes as we were concerned about the water quality in Brunswick County. Steve came out and tested the water and educated us on our water results. He was very knowledgeable and professional.
