Professional and delivered, installed and tested as promised. I have never drank or cleaned with such clean water. I am almost 61 and my only regret is not doing this sooner. We were approached at Home Depot to have our water tested for free, along with our bottled water. Scary what we learned. Steve came to our home and, with his chemistry kits, was very informative and friendly. We actually had fun with him. Again, scary what we learned. Annoying unsolicited phone calls. If I ever need a service from such a business I won’t call them. I would not have posted this had I not already politely asked them to stop calling.
Rodney Thomas came to my home to service our water system. He was so knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions and seemed to generally care about his answers. He takes great pride in his work. He is just a very sweet and personable guy.
Easy to make appointment. Good communications with Mandy. Tech Rodney Thomas arrived on time. He was friendly and professional. Made sure all issues were addresses. Cleaned up afterwards. Another good experience with this company.
