We stayed at Harmony Inn this past weekend for our family reunion. Everything was perfect. The owner is very thoughtful and gives attention to every detail. The rooms are very clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with fruit, organic milk, farm fresh hard boiled eggs and homemade muffins. The patio is clean and comfortable with a firepit to enjoy. The grounds are beautiful to enjoy a walk and the owner supplies lettuce to feed the geese and roosters. Quiet, private rooms/bathrooms, clean. Owners work hard to provide all you need and keep the property clean. They stay out of your hair and give you privacy but are around if you need something. Room was very clean and supplied with all you need. Good family run businesses to support if you need a place to stay, feels like home if you’re used to the country and feels like an escape if you’re used to the city.

We stayed here for the weekend and it was a great experience! We went to the Thomas the Train weekend at the Illinois Railway Museum, and very much enjoyed our stay at Harmony Inn!

Very kind and accommodating hosts. Feels like visiting family. Provide tasty homemade muffins and continental breakfast items in the morning and sometimes cookies in evening. Full breakfast available.
