Fantastic place, great customer service, but most importantly they actually had the parts I needed. I dont care that I had to drive a half hour further I got the parts I needed when literally every other plumbing supply store was backordered or out of stock. Thank you to everyone in the service department for being able to help me when I was in a bind! Same day repairs are always the preferred route, and you can't do that without parts! You guys rock!
Alyssa provided outstanding service. While we were in shop everyone was so nice and the customer service was outstanding. We had a bad experience at a popular company in Frisco and they should come and have training at Moore to see real customer service. Please advertise Faucets more because you cannot beat your 5 star customer service.
I went into the business looking for a simple water supply line for a toilet. The young guy behind the counter acted like it was a Herculean effort to say “no we don’t have anything like that.” In the two minutes I was in the store I saw two other customers get the same treatment and also walk out empty handed. Luckily the Home Depot down the street was more helpful. If I was paranoid I’d think the employees were just too lazy to get off their stools.
Alyssa provided refreshing customer service during my purchase. She found exactly what I was looking for (which i couldn't find in stock at the larger hardware stores) at a distant location and had it shipped to my house and was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I was very pleased with the purchase. It was my first time using Moore Supply and it will definitely be my first stop next time I need a hardware store.
Alyssa was astounding incredible capable patient personable charming when we did our kitchen and master bath renovation in 5/2023. We had an issue with our kitchen Kohler trinsic faucet 2/2025 (the iron magnet rusted to hell) and while sweet Alyssa wasn’t there - Nico? Or Nick … I’m so sorry (I just love Alyssa - like I could be the president of her fan club … but it just got weird, right? ! ? ! Ha ha !
