Finally felt brave enough to call after hiding my conditions for many years. I wanted to be checked over for a few chronic conditions that have worsened over that time. Rude receptionist dismissed me. Other practices are not like this and will actually see their patients, especially those they have not connected with in years.
Absolute shocking doctors, just dropped me from the surgery without giving me 30 DAYS NOTICE WHICH THEY HAVE TO UNDER THERE GUIDELINES with no notice received SHOCKING.
Can't get an appointment, phoned as i have an ear infection and a cold for over a week need antibiotics, only to be told doctor doesn't deal with chest sent to May Logan? What does the doctor do ?
