Although communication WAS kept thru the process ,the company THEY FAILED TO TELL US they had already cut my locks off my 2 units and had new locks and"bidding tags" on each of them. (They also failed to inform us about it on one of the many communications we had with them as they stated"). They were already planning to seize all belongings while they has us sign the pay and vacate form and took the payment. We show up to vacate the units and could not get into them.
