Dr Moore replaced the thumbs joints on both hands. Had limited use and terrible pain. Now full use and strength. He is a great hand surgeon and a nice guy.
Dr. Moore operated on my left hand for carpal tunnel,I had tingling in my fingers before the operation I have tingling in my hand after the operation and it’s worse and the incision burns.
Check your coverage yourself. The front desk does not check when they make appointments. I was referred, provided my insurance information to them and made an appointment. At check in I was informed they do not take my insurance. The front desk staff claimed they needed to physically see my card to verify the insurance. This is not true. Dr Moore operated on my hands and elbows and he fixed it so well that I could go back to work for 20 years and retired in my profession. He has the most wonderful bedside manner, is kind and truly cares about his patients. He will tell you the truth and give you his honest opinion as to what he thinks is the best route for you. Received surgery on both wrists for carpel tunnel. Both times in and out under two hours. Actual surgery took about 7 minutes. Chose local anesthetic only so I watched the surgery on video screen. Icepack off and on for the afternoon. Using hand by dinner. Bandage for two days but almost full usage. Normal usage by day three. I can't believe I put this off for so long. Dr. Moore's surgery tool that he helped develop is the size of a chopstick and effects an area about 1/2 by 3/4 inches.
I have trigger thumb surgery and he was great.
