Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. I had to drive to Ventura to get my motor fixed after depending on them and they ruined my fishing season having come to them in May. It’s now almost mid July. Never ordered my parts and was extremely rude and unprofessional when I called them on it. I was always intimidated by all the big fancy boats out in front, I never thought i would go there needing a part that was not right. I went in interrupting their lunch, I started busting their chops and i felt real comfortable, I was in the right place.. I cannot say how great the service, knowledge, and downright friendliness was as there isn't much service this great, I HIGHLY RECCOMEND THESE FOLKS Quality businesses are rare and a joy. ! Can't wait to check out the E-Bikes.
Called today and asked if they have oil and filter for Mercury 40hp . The guy told me he doesn’t sell parts or oil?? Then I asked him how much for oil change he said he didn’t give quotes over the phone. This Buisness sounds shady and the guy was rude. Who doesn’t give a quote for simple oil change. It’s almost like he wasn’t in buisness to work on boats👎👎
