March 12, 2019 I reached out to the General Manager and he assured me he would repair my Grandparents gravestone. Here it is exactly 14 months later and it is still not repaired. Landscaping has knocked the brass plate out of place and they have broken the vase. I might add, this is NOT the first time this happened. Last time my mother and her siblings paid to have it replaced. It is ridiculous that this is still in this state of disrepair. Absolutely beautiful place to visit your loved one, I really enjoy watching the koi and looking at the pond. Only complaint I have is that the pond is ALWAYS dirty and needs to be maintained.

If I could give them a zero star I would. Moore has done our family wrong from the time my sister passed in 88, telling my Mom that her body would be as she was alive to sell a cement container. My Mom passed in 4/17 and they screwed up her grave marker as was ordered and paid for in advance. My Daddy passed 12/17 and he was a WWII vet and purple heart recipient and even though paperwork filled out in 2016 and paid for the marker was never ordered. My father died 12/26/17....my parents went in to fill paper work out for their funerals on 11/2016...Lisa had my parents fill out the paperwork. Thank goodness someone lives close so they can check their gravesite. It has been 8 weeks since my father passed away and still no marker...why.....Lisa forgot to have my father fill out the proper paperwork in 2016,they dropped the ball, and my father suffers. My son Adrian Boortz is buried here. I never thought this place would hold any meaning for me,but now it is a place I will never stray very far from and hope I will be buried here also.
