Started out explaining everything to me and performed spinal cord surgery. Sent me to rehab with a temperature and a bad bladder infection. Had no plans for followup and ignored my calls when I called with questions. When my primary care Dr. finally figured out that I was leaking spinal fluid, I finally got in to see him. He was rude, dismissive, and treated me as if I were an idiot. I saw another Dr. in NWA who repaired the leak in my spinal cord. I would not recommend this person to anyone. Dr. Moore, preformed Surgery on my back in January. I had a wonderful experience with him and his staff. He listened to what I was saying and after reviewing the MRI he was confident he could help me. I have never had better treatment than from Dr. Moore. I was a little worried about seeing Dr. Moore after reading the two really bad reviews, but..he was a pleasant surprise. He spent enough time with me and answered my questions in a thoughtful manner. He was quite patient in explaining everything and giving me enough answers to explain the problems I was having with my lower back. His office was bright and clean and you couldn't ask for more polite and caring personnel. I'd glady recommend Dr. Moore to my friends and family.
Very rude person i wouldnt even call a Dr., he talkes down to you and treats you like your dirt, i STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO USE ANOTHER DR. HE SHARES NO INFORMATION, YOU ASK HIM A QUESTION HE CUTS YOU OFF, I AM AN 100 PERCENT DISABLED VET. AND I WILL REPORT HIM TO MY CHANNELS TO KEEP ANY VETERAN FROM HAVING TO LISTEN TO HIS BULL,.......WHICH IS ALL I GOT OF IT, I AM TALKING TO TRI WEST AND TELLING THEM ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE................VERY BAD NON CARRYING DR.
Very poor follow up care. Really doesn't care about his patients. Talked down to his patients.
