The week previous he confirmed that he would be able to work on my job site and confirm the address. 25 hours prior to our meeting he decided to cancel it and told me that he did not realize I was in Phoenix, even though he confirmed two times prior that I Was located in Phoenix. I currently have a camera system from Moore Security Solutions and have been trying to contact them. I started on Friday and today is tuesday. They have not returned my calls or texts. I have had this issue before and had been able to contact the tech but now I am unable to do that. I am very disappointed in their customer service and would not recommend them
