Managment is lazy and never listens to their renters. The park is filled with people blaring their music and violating community guidelines. The guidelines ive observed are households having banned/aggressive breeds that the community does not allow in the park or enforce. However if managment does not like you they will enforce it. So far it's been Great. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful.
We were recommended by a good friend of mine. She spoke highly of this community. We went in and got a fast approval on the spot. We were asked for $2,400 as a down payment so no one take the new trailer they had, a 2026. We immediately gave them a cashiers check. A month went by with NO communication. I was told I would be reached out to “every step” of the way. Every time I called I would get sent to voicemail or no answer at all.
