If I could give 0 stars I would. My mother called Thursday requesting an appointment to review a will. In light of urgency, with family visiting, she called Friday am and Friday afternoon, again requesting an appointment. She left a message with Lynn previously and spoke with Denise on Friday, who proceeded to speak rudely to my mother and hang up on her. Laura Young, Estate Paralegal has been extemely helpful during the probate process. She's very knowledgeable , professional, and compassionate during times of turmoil which can happen when families are going through probate. I appreciate all her help!!!
