Dr. Moore is a wonderful doctor! I had a Carpal Tunnel Release and cyst removed from my right hand. I was unable to use my hand at all for about 6 weeks prior to seeing Dr, Moore. He explained in words I understood what needed to be done and what recover would be like. He did everything he said and I have not been in any pain whatsoever, from after surgery til now 3 weeks later. I almost have regained strength in my hand now and am able to use it again. BEST HAND SURGEON in Florence, SC. Dr. Moore performed surgery to repair a tendon injury to my wrist and fingers. EXCELLENT OUTCOME. He and his staff were very responsive to my questions and concerns.
Fantastic! Broke my wrist 3 years ago and he did an excellent job then. Had stage 4 arthritis in left thumb. He tried alternative treatments before I decided on surgery 3 weeks ago. Also my husband's knee orthopedic doctor he showed me where Dr. Moore did surgery on his hand. That another surgeon used him on his own hand surgery days a lot.
I visited Dr. Robert Moore for a hand issue I had recently. This man is so rude how he talks to patients. You should see the way he acts towards his medical assistant when she does something he doesn't like. The medical assistant is a little grey haired lady in her mid 50's. She is so intimidated by this man that she has to looks down and acts as if she wants to crawl under a rock than have him give her such a hateful stare of anger.
Went with a cut through my index finger and he repaired the nerve, never had any problem whatsoever with him. One of the nicest Doctors I've been to, answered all my questions and went step by step through the surgery. I think these negative reviews are a little exaggerated. Some people dont like to hear truth.
Was not interested in listening to our concerns. No bedside manner. Very rude and unprofessional.
Great front office staff and an EXCELLENT doctor! Dr. Moore has been helpful to treat my hand pain.
