Tried to book repair/replacement of leaking shower spindles and possibly shower rail replacement. At first everything was nice, fast response and overall friendly attitude. However the guy hasn’t communicated that if we don’t accept the booking with 30% deposit we will have to wait for another two weeks, nor he cleared if the quote is for one spindle or both.
