Selby is an awesome tradesperson, he provided clear and effective communications with us for our project. He was also the best price, and provided a full break down of costs. This meant we could save even more coin by taking on some of the non-plumbing aspects of the project ourselves. He checked in with us along the way during the fit-out of the challenging plumbing works for a new ensuite in our old home. He made sure we were happy with the result.
We suspected a gas leak in our house so I called emergency gas services who confirmed it. I was concerned that we would not have cooking ability or hot water for a few days. In my searches, I found Moore Plumbing and Gas Services and they were my 4th call.. but honestly should have been my first. Selby’s knowledge and expertise were a standout even in the phone consultation and he was able to come over that afternoon and fix it for us. I would highly recommend!

Charged to quote then made an excuse that his car was being serviced so he couldn't do the work when agreed - plumbing work is by its nature is sometimes urgent. I'm out of pocket because someone couldn't schedule their car service better, or at least be honest with the client about their availability. Lesson learnt, don't pay anything until the work is done. It you're around the Samford area there are eight plumbers listed in the Village Pump. Both Anton @ BlueRoo and Nick @ DG Group are awesome.
