Mr. Russi lacks competence and reading comprehension skills. He was sub-contracted as a business associate to help a family member's independent healthcare worker ensure proper HIPAA protocols, except he doesn't specialize in health law and basically the healthcare business at which he was employed/subcontracted as a business associate totally botched our very simple and routine HIPAA request. First I would like to say I didn't want to give a 1 star rating but I couldn't write my review unless I picked a star and I felt it was important to get this out to hopefully help others. John Russi from the firm Moore Penna & Associates is a disgrace to be practicing law. When we started with him the first thing we asked Mr. Russi can we win this case he said Yes. We than asked how much will this cost he said approximately $5,000-$10,000 the most unless it goes to trial than it could cost $30,000. We told him we don't have ... read more
