Meghan was incredibly wonderful. Moore Outdoor Living atmosphere was warm and the small business vibe was personally appreciated. Excellent experience from the first time walking through the door to installation of the spa. Meghan also provided a product and spa maintenance education session immediately after set up which was super helpful! This was a very large purchase for my husband and me. We were nervous! We purchased our caldera spa from Moore outdoor a few years back. I personally was not a hot tub person my wife was. After getting this caldera spa it changed my mind. So many options and massaging locations. Delivery, service and purchase was all at ease and very professional.
We love our hot tub. I don’t know why I waited so long to get one. It’s the perfect place to unplug from the chaos of the world, and just enjoy our family. Thank you for taking such great care of us!
