We got great service and education. I’m new to a pool and getting the chemicals balanced was an education. Service with a smile and helpful beyond belief. Meghan was out primary contact. They also did a paver patio for the hot tub. 5star for sure

Meghan was incredibly wonderful. Moore Outdoor Living atmosphere was warm and the small business vibe was personally appreciated. Excellent experience from the first time walking through the door to installation of the spa. We purchased our caldera spa from Moore outdoor a few years back. I personally was not a hot tub person my wife was. After getting this caldera spa it changed my mind. So many options and massaging locations. Delivery, service and purchase was all at ease and very professional.
We love our hot tub. I don’t know why I waited so long to get one. It’s the perfect place to unplug from the chaos of the world, and just enjoy our family. Thank you for taking such great care of us!
