I’ve had my personal boat and business insurance with them for many years and have had nothing but good experiences with them and the best prices $$$
We are new customers! We worked with Brandi, and she was amazing! She even stayed late to get our policy going, because she knew I was a nervous wreck about not having homeowners insurance for our brand new home. We had gotten a quote from another company, but the coverage was not as good, and the annual premium was over $1000 more! (for less coverage) Since we are new, and we have never made a claim, I'm not sure how the customer service is for that side of the business.
