After multiple scheduled appointments being cancelled and rescheduled, we arrived for what we thought was going to be the day. The lawyer was not even in the office or in town. We did not receive a phone call notifying us. The receptionist has been rude each time we have spoken and very unprofessional. The only reason the I continued to rescheduled was because they came highly recommended and I wasn’t going to judge the lawyers performance on how the receptionist conducted herself.
