Called for a estimate for new construction for plumbing. They sent me a text to send my blueprint and they would decide if they wanted to bid it. Then got a text setting up a appointment did that then got another saying they would be out between 10 and 2 and make sure my driveway was clear.waited no call no show nothing.
I took down my last one as it wasn’t very accurate as to what happened. So I called Moore mechanical to come out to look at my hvac unit as we’ve been having problems recently and we purchased it from them in early 2024. I had searched up places for a free estimate and they popped up. I called to inquire and I was informed it was not a free estimate, it would be the $130 service charge for them to come out and then I would get an estimate. Moore Mechanical came and installed a new furnace and cooling system for me, they were so polite and respectful. I had an electrician as well just to smoothly have the electrical where it needed to be. They cleaned up the cardboard and all the trash. I am happy they did the install. Any questions I had they were more than willing to answer them no matter how small.
well, the sales representative who came out was good to work with and thorough experience of having the work done was disappointing to say the least, and the service tech was on the phone more time than he was working
