My wife and I tried to join this practice as new patients. We had a lot of difficulty initially with the receptionist during the registration process. For example, she told us that because we had another doctor on our insurance cards we wouldn't be able to register! We were trying to register as a new patient and so therefore had our old primary care provider on there. How else could you be registering as a new patient!
