Monday when I pick up my truck the $77.42 is Dew you asked them to reset or do something to keypad. That was not covered by the insurance. The manager of the body shop talk to Stone Insurance Company , I guess they sent it to me the check for the $1000.00 deductible as of yesterday I never received it. I just checked the mail yesterday. So Ford Dealer Ship gave me the loaner until Monday. The manager said by Monday they will have it all figured out. They are very kind and helpful here.
