Our mother has passed away almost a year ago and he still isn't even close to settling her state even though they had no debt no disputes and no collections and all belongings are going to one child. He doesn't respond the phone calls in a timely manner or even within the month or two. I paid Kyle Lewis to represent me in a family matter. This guy was TERRIBLE. He would not call me back for 10 business days, not return emails, and not do what I asked him to do, while charging me $360 per hour for supposedly work he was doing? After 5 months and $6,000 I finally had enough and moved on to a real lawyer. He always had excuses why he wasn’t getting anything done, but always had time to send out invoices for payments…. My father paid Russworm to represent him. Now that he’s paid months have gone by and Russworm is doing nothing. Corrupt lawyer! My father is disabled and lives a very minimalistic life because he has little money. If you don’t have money to throw away find a different law firm.
