We paid these guys off 100% a year ago and we are still getting hounded by dept collectors who have not received their promised payment from them. This has been a horrible experience and I would really love to sue them for the hassle.

These folks are FANTASTIC! They called me monthly to let me know things were going fine. They always respond quickly to my emails. I even got a call last week that my account was current and I was getting a REFUND!!!!!! (A LARGE refund at that!) They could have totally kept the money and I never would have known the difference. I used them for 3 years to help clean up some debt. They were always professional, they were friendly, and always ALWAYS helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
