Pool leaks are scary so I did lots of research before contacting Moore. When they arrived I was very impressed. They narrowed in on the skimmer, but tested every other system to make sure there weren't other issues. They ended up cutting out the old skimmer and replacing it and a square of deck above it. They came out and did the leak detection, gave us a fair price, and put us on their schedule for late April. They had an earlier opening in late March so work began. Ruben and Juan arrived on time, explained the process, were organized and knew what they were doing. They eliminated the possibility of a second leak which put our mind at ease. Impressive !!! We bought a home in December and learned that the pool, the skimmer the spa have a lot leaks and cracks in it. We had a company (supposedly specializing in pool leaks) charge us $500 to tells there was just a slight crack at the skimmer. But the recent thousand dollar water bill told us there’s more than a slight crack. We’ve had other pool repair people out but they say they don’t have time for an intensive inspection. Why are you driving 70 mph through residential in a company vehicle? Insane
Very disappointed in this company and their service. They came out to fix a leak in the beginning of June after diagnosis it was the skimmer drain and the pool refill valve. The morning they came for the repair. I, of course, went out and spoke to the original tech and discussed some of our concerns and let him know that I would be home all day and to please keep me posted on how things were going or if they needed anything.
