Excellent service and care, Dr Kelly Moore was outstanding and took an ample time to discuss treatment plan. Staff was very kind and helpful. Would highly recommend this office.
I no longer live in the area but was in Rockford and went back to Dr. Kelly Moore today to repair a chipped front tooth. They were able to fit me in and Dr. Moore did a perfect repair. As he always does! I was a patient of his Father, until he retired and have been a patient of his since. He and his staff would be the only ones I would go to if I were still here. Great Dentist and awesome care.
