I didn't have a problem with Dr. Moore himself, but his staff leaves a lot to be desired!! If you don't mind working with rude, unknowlegeable people, than it's fine. I had to make repeated phone calls to get an appointment, the one person I talked to had no clue as to whether they accepted my insurance. She was supposed to find out and call me back...two days later I had to call them back AGAIN, to find out that the appointment I was supposed to have gotten was filled by someone else. I have had Dr. Moore operate on both of my wrists and my elbow. He is extremely knowledgeable and therefore tends to give his opinions quickly and has always been accurate in his diagnoses. My surgeries have been extremely successful and he has thoroughly accommodated my needs. Yes, it may seem rude at first, but I think of it more as quickly getting to the root of the problem. I would highly recommend his services.

I have a 15-year-old daughter. She had a nasty infection on her hand for several months. Anti-biotics were given repeatedly. After a slow healing process her pediatrician recommended seeing a hand specialist. Enter Dr. John R Moore. To say he was rude is an understatement. He looked at her hand for (literally) 12 seconds and said- "She won't need surgery." Curt, rude, no interest in answering questions. Do not see this doctor is you want anything close to quality care.
