The worst agent I've ever had to deal with. I do not recommend you choose him as your agent. He never calls back even for a simple contact update. He would only call back if I had to escalate with Erie's district or customer service. I am canceling my policies because of this lack of service.
I have been dealing with Jimmy fo over 20 years. Several family members, work associates and friends of mine are also his customers. I have never heard of a problem or had a problem myself. Everyone I have referred to him has saved money. I also have a friend in the collision industry and ERIE is one of the top companies to deal with. Your car will get fixed right. I had a life insurance claim and it was held promptly and with the upmost respect from Jimmy. He treats you as one of the family.
