Company screwed us out of $700.00 rebate check and refuses to fix it was there mistake . Buyer beware
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY ARE INCOMPETENT IN EVERY WAY. THEY FILL OUT REBATE PAPERS WRONG AND YOU CORRECT THEM AND THEY STILL SEND THEM IN TO ENBRIDGE INCORRECTLY. THEIR WORKERS WERE OVER TWO HOURS LATE AND LEFT A MESS. WE HAVE BEEN EMAILING AND CALLING TO GET THE REBATE CHEQUE MADE CORRECTLY AND THEY TOLD ME IT WAS DONE ONLY TO FIND OUT NOTHING WAS DONE. I found the company to be unprofessional, with poor communication from George and a lack of follow-through and professionalism from Steve the estimator. It was frustrating trying to get clear answers, and I didn’t feel like my concerns were taken seriously. I expected a much higher level of customer service from a professional company. GNI replaced my attic insulation. Just before they started they found there was insulation needed in 2 sections of my walls. They were able to deal with adding the additional insulation the same day ! I do recommend their service!
