Cody was quick to respond and came out the same day. We had our heat go out in the middle of the night and he found and fixed the problem within what seemed like 10 minutes! I definitely recommend Moore Heating and Cooling!
Very professional, timely, and just a genuine person. Cody did my diagnostic the same day I called. Although it wasn't the news I was hoping for about the unit, Cody had my new unit ordered and installed within a day of ordering it. Cody's installers also had the unit installed and running within an hour and a half of pulling in the driveway. Went from freezing to sweating in rooms that used to be igloos. Thanks for the quick response!
I chose Cody based on Google reviews and found his service to be consistent with them. He was prompt, courteous and fair. My unit was experiencing an issue that could be addressed now or later. Cody performed general maintenance, explained the pros and cons of a repair and didn’t try to push. I will use Moore Heating and Cooling again.
