I brought my overprotective male Shih Tzu (3 years old) for his annual visit. They didn't assume he was troublesome; they just treated us with care and kindness. I would recommend you them for whatever your fur baby needs. They didn't recommend a bunch of unnecessary treatments or things for me to do at home (I don't have the time). They are amazing.
