Great service and friendly staff
Don Moore Hartford I have been here a few times with different vehicles. This last time is the last time. I have dealt with 3 different people this go around and Jeremy ( service manager) seems to be the only one that has a clue in the service department. I ordered a remote start to be put on a couple weeks before (through Don Moore Hartford). Once the parts department told me everything was in I take my truck up there and come to find out everything is not in because they did not in fact order everything. Once they got ever... read more

James and the guys in finance were top notch. They kept me in the loop with every step on the process. This is my 3rd vehicle I've purchased from Don Moore and this is the best experience by far!!!
